Slow Cooker Sour Cream Chocolate Chip Cake

1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup chocolate chips

Preparation / Directions:

Grease and flour inside of Bread N' Cake Bake Pan. Cream margarine and sugar with an electric mixer. Add eggs and beat well. Mix in sour cream and vanilla. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Add to the creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips by hand. Pour into prepared pan. Place lid on pan and place in Crock-Pot. Cover Crock-Pot and cook on High for 4 hours or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. pb's note: replace contraption with a juice or coffee can covered with foil, perh
