1 ounces chilled gin -- (1 1/2 ounces)
2 Teaspoons Chambord (black-raspberry-flavored liqueur)
1/2 Cup chilled cranberry juice
1 Tablespoon lightly beaten egg white

Preparation / Directions:

In a cocktail shaker, combine gin, Chambord, cranberry juice and egg white, shake the drink vigorously, and strain it into a chilled cocktail glass. Note: If there is a problem with eggs in your region, do not prepare this recipe.
