ORANGE SAUCE

Ingredients:


1 cup Sugar

2 tablespoons Cornstarch

1 tablespoon All-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon Salt

1 1/4 cups Orange juice

1/2 cup Water

1/4 cup Lemon juice

1 tablespoon Margarine or butter

1 teaspoon Grated orange peel

1 teaspoon Grated lemon peel
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix sugar, cornstarch, flour and salt in 1-1/2-quart saucepan. Gradually stir in orange juice, water and lemon juice. Heat to boiling over low heat, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 3 minutes; remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve warm. To Microwave: Decrease water to 1/4 cup. Mix sugar, cornstarch, flour and salt in 4-cup microwavable measure. Gradually stir in orange juice, water and lemon juice. Microwave uncovered on high 5 to 7 minutes, stirring every minute, until thickened and boiling. Stir in remaining ingredients.
