Mocha Frozen Creme

Ingredients:

1/3 cup milk
2 teaspoons instant-coffee granules
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or mini chips
1/4 cup almonds -- chopped
1 tablespoon brandy -- (optional)
1 1/2 cups nondairy whipped topping -- thawed
 

Preparation / Directions:

1. Mix milk and coffee granules in glass mixing bowl; add marshmallows and chocolate chips. 2. Microwave on high (full power) just until boiling, about 1 to 2 minutes; stir until smooth. 3. Stir in almonds and brandy; cool. 4. Fold whipped topping gently into chocolate mixture; spoon into 8 paper-lined muffin cups. 5. Cover; freeze until firm. 6. Serve with additional whipped topping, if desired.
