Ingredients:


2 medium apples, Peeled and Cored -- coarsely chopped

6 medium Dates -- finely chopped

1 large Hard-Boiled Egg -- finely chopped

1/2 Cup Almonds -- finely chopped

1/4 Cup Walnuts -- finely chopped

1/4 Cup Raisins -- finely chopped

1 medium Juice Of One Lemon

1 tablespoon Matzah Meal -- (1 to 2)
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a large bowl, mix fruits and nuts to blend thoroughly. Add lemon juice and enough matzah meal to bind the mixture. Mound charoset tin a bowl or roll into one inch balls and arrange on plate
