HOT CHOCOLATE

Ingredients:

3 Ounces unsweetened chocolate
1 1/2 cups Water
1/3 cup Sugar
1 Dash salt
4 1/2 cups Milk
 

Preparation / Directions:

Heat chocolate and water in 1-1/2-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Stir in sugar and salt. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in milk. Heat just until hot (do not boil). Beat with hand beater until foamy or stir until smooth. Serve immediately.
