1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 large egg

Preparation / Directions:

combine butter and water in a saucepan, over a medium flame heat to a boil and add flour and salt, all at once heat and stir, over a low flame, until mixture pulls away from sides to form a ball remove from heat and beat in 1 egg, until smooth beat in the other egg, until smooth continue to beat until the mixture is no longer shiny drop by rounded teaspoonsful onto a greased baking sheet bake @ 400 degrees for 15-17 minutes remove from heat to cool away from drafts fill as desired
