Ingredients:


1 cup minced clams

1 cup egg

1 cup onion

1 cup flour

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon white pepper

1/2 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 Cup oil
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine clams, eggs, onions, flour, salt, pepper, and sugar-mix well add baking powder-mix well heat oil to 365-370 degrees drop batter by teaspoonsful into hot oil fry until golden drain briefly on a cooling rack and blot with paper towels serve hot or warm
