Ingredients:

2 pounds hamburger
1 large onion -- chopped
1 teaspoon salt -- pepper, garlic salt
2 teaspoon chili powder
2 teaspoon cumin
2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon Accent
4 tablespoon sugar
2 can tomatoe saunce
2 can tomatoe paste
6 cans water (use paste cans)
2 Cup cooked rice
1 package Doritos or other tortilla chips
1 medium lettuce -- shredded
1 medium green onions -- chopped
1 can olives -- minced
1 medium avacados -- diced
1 package cheese -- grated
1 medium tomatoes -- diced
1 package sour creme
 

Preparation / Directions:

Brown hamburger and onion. Add salt, pepper, and garlic salt to taste. Add remaining seasonings, tomatoe sauce, tomatoe paste, and water. Simmer for 40 mintues. Before serving, add rice and blend together. Serve over tortilla chips on a plate. Top with remaining ingredients, as desired.
