Apple Crisp

4 Cups peeled and sliced apples
3 Tablespoons honey
3/4 Stick butter soft
2 Teaspoons lemon juice
3/4 Cup flour
3/4 Cup oats
3/4 Cup brown sugar
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation / Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Peel, core and slice enough apples to make 4 cups of slices. blend them with the honey and lemon juice. lightly butter a 9 x 12 baking pan. Blend rest of the ingredients and pat a thin layer of the mix (1/3 to 1/2 of it) on the bottom of the pan. Pour the apples over the mixture evenly and then sprinkle the remaining mix on top of the apples. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Notes: This goes well with vanilla ice cream.
