Tomato Sorbet

2 cups salt-free tomato juice
1 teaspoon sugar -- (optional)
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon frontier peppercorns -- fresh ground
2 teaspoons frontier dash o dill

Preparation / Directions:

Combine all ingredients in blender until smooth. Freeze in a covered container. Before serving, soften slightly so it can break into pieces. Blend frozen mixture in a food processor until smooth. Serve with cucumber slices and garnish with fresh dill if desired.
