Blueberry Fruit Leather

Ingredients:


1 pint blueberries

2 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon cinnamon
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place fruit in a blender and blend until puree is smooth. Add honey and cinnamon to desired taste. Spread puree on plastic wrap or teflex sheets. Spread so puree is 1/8-inch thick in center and 1/4-inch thick on edges. Cook in dehydrator for approximately 20 hours, or until the leather is cooked. The trays should be turned halfway through the cooking process.
