HOT JERKY MARINADE |

Ingredients:
2 teaspoons chilli powder |
2 teaspoons dried garlic powder |
2 teaspoons dried onion powder |
2 teaspoons pepper |
2 tablespoons salt |
1 teaspoon brown sugar |
1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke -- (1/2 to 1) |
1 cup water |
2 pounds lean meat cut into strips |

Preparation / Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Place meat strips in marinade and refrigerate
for
at least 6 hours. Stir mixture occasionally to make sure all the meat is
covered. Dry following the technique mentioned earlier.
