Ingredients:


2 teaspoons chilli powder

2 teaspoons dried garlic powder

2 teaspoons dried onion powder

2 teaspoons pepper

2 tablespoons salt

1 teaspoon brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke -- (1/2 to 1)

1 cup water

2 pounds lean meat cut into strips
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix all ingredients together. Place meat strips in marinade and refrigerate for at least 6 hours. Stir mixture occasionally to make sure all the meat is covered. Dry following the technique mentioned earlier.
