Preparation / Directions:
Preparation: Wash remove stem and slice. - for beefsteak tomatoes...cut into1/2-inch slices. - for plum tomatoes....slice in half lengthwise and place cut side down on the tray.
Pretreatment: Not necessary.
Dehydrate: Dry at 100 on the dial for approximately 24 hours for the beefsteak(or till semi-crisp) and 72 for the plum...all depends on how many trays you do at once...I don't recommend more than 8....takes for ever!!! 6 seems to be a nice amount with a reasonable amount of drying..
