Preparation / Directions:

Use white potatoes. Peel, grate or slice 1/8-inch thick. Blanch(for 5 minutes or until translucent. If not steamed long enough, they will turn black during the drying process). Rinse and dry. Dry at 130øF for 6-12 hours.
