Ingredients:


4 large eggs -- lightly beaten

3 cups skim milk

12 packages low calorie sugar substitute

1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Combine all ingredients, mixing well. 2. Place in custard cups sprinkled with nutmeg; place in pan of hot water. 3. Bake in preheated 325 F. oven 1 hour, or until knife comes out clean.
