1 cup milk
1/4 Cup sugar
3 Whole eggs
1 dash salt
1/2 Teaspoon vanilla Nutmeg

Preparation / Directions:

Place milk in a 4 cup measure, or small bowl. Microwave at high (100%) 2 minutes. Add sugar, eggs, salt and vanilla Beat with a whisk, or electric beater, until well blended. Pour into 4 custard cups. Sprinkle with nutme= g. Arrange in a circle in microwave oven. Microwave at medium (50%) until center is set, 10 to 11 minutes. Makes 4 servings
