Ingredients:


2 teaspoons turmeric -- ground

2 teaspoons coriander seeds

1 tablespoon black peppercorns

12 whole cloves

1 1/2 teaspoons cumin seeds

1 tablespoon cardamom seeds

1 tablespoon cinnamon -- ground

1 tablespoon fennel seeds

1 1/2 teaspoons fenugreek

1/2 teaspoon ginger -- ground

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper flakes

1 tablespoon chile powder -- ground
 

Preparation / Directions:


Grind to a coarse powder in a coffee mill or blender, or follow ancient tradition by using mortar and pestle.
