Zucchini And Corn Curry

|6 Small zucchini cut in 1/2 inch slices and leave peel on
|1/2 Pound frozen corn kernels...(1/4 to 1/2 bag)
|2 tablespoons curry powder
|1/2 teaspoon salt -- optional
|2 tablespoons grated onion to your taste
Preparation / Directions:
Fill a microwave container with the zucchini. Top off with corn. There
should be more
zucchini that corn. Generously sprinkle with curry powder. Add some
salt if you like.
Before cooking, mix throughly. Microwave on high for about 8 minutes.
(one can add a
bit of canned tomatoes too if you like...it taste really good with them
too). You can really
add whatever veggies you like...
