Chicken In Mussaman Curry Sauce

1 tablespoon mussaman curry sauce
1 medium onion
3 medium carrot
1 1/2 pounds skinless boneless chicken br
2 cups frozen peas

Preparation / Directions:

1. in large skillet, prepare mussaman curry sauce. 2. add onions and carrots and simmer until onions get soft. 3. add chicken and cook for 8-10 minutes or until chicken is done. 4. stir in peas and cook for 2 more minutes or until peas are heated through. 5. serve over hot soft jasmine rice.
