Chicken Madras

Ingredients:


3 medium Onions sliced thinly

4 medium apples -- peeled, cored and thinly sliced

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon curry powder

1 medium frying chicken -- cut up
 

Preparation / Directions:


In 3 qt casserole, mix together onion and apples and sprinkle with salt and curry powder. Mix well. Arrange chicken skin down over mixture. Sprinkle generously with paprika. Bake uncovered at 400F about 45 minutes or in a crockpot for 6 hrs. on high heat.
