Ingredients:


225 gram green seedless grapes

3 tablespoons castor sugar -- finely ground

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

1/2 teaspoon pepper -- ground

1 tablespoon cumin seeds -- roasted and ground

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons lemon juice

3 cups water -- chilled

1 bunch few sprigs fresh mint
 

Preparation / Directions:


Wash grapes and crush them thoroughly. Pour in water. Mix well. Strain through a sieve. Add all the seasonings. Mix well. Chill. Serve garnished with mint leaves. MAKES: 6 large glasses
