Ingredients:

2 cups boiled chickpeas -- (kabuli chana)
2 medium boiled potatoes -- cut into pieces
2 medium tomatoes -- chopped
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon finely chopped green chiles
1 teaspoon chaat masala
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1 teaspoon salt -- to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:

This sweet-sour salad is a combination of potatoes and chick peas. 1. Mix all the ingredients very well. 2. Store in the refrigerator. Serve cold. Preparation time : 10 minutes. No cooking. Serves: 4 to 6
