Ingredients:


1/4 pound butter -- unsalted

2 medium ginger -- thin slices, chopped

1 large shallot -- chopped

1 small garlic -- clove, chopped

1 small chile -- green, seeded and chopped

1 tablespoon garam masala

1 tablespoon curry powder

1 tablespoon juice -- lemon

1 dash turmeric -- ground

1 teaspoon salt -- (to taste)

1 teaspoon pepper -- (to taste)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Blend all of the ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
