Cucumber Soup

Ingredients:

6 large cucumbers
2 tablespoons ground mint
1 large sweet onion
1 1/2 cup sour cream
2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:

a. Peel, chop and puree the cucumbers, then chop the onion; b. Mix the cucumbers and the sour cream well; c. Add into the mixture the salt, the pepper, the chopped onion, and the mint; d. Mix again, then chill the soup well before serving;
