CROCK POT ENCHILADAS

Ingredients:


2 dozen tortillas

20 ounces can enchilada sauce

1 medium Onion

1 jar Olives

1 cup oil

1 package Cheese

1 can Chili con carne (optional)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cut tortillas in squares. Put oil in deep pan, heat, add onions. Cook about 1 minute. Add tortillas. Pour in sauce. Add olives and onions, mix well. Pour in crock pot and heat through. Add cheese to serve.
