Orange Crockery Chicken Barbecue

8 pieces skinless, boneless chicken thighs
1 Medium orange -grated peel and juice
1 cup prepared barbecue sauce
1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke flavor

Preparation / Directions:

1. Place chicken pieces in bottom of crockery cooker.

2. Mix remaining ingredients together; pour over chicken. Stir to coat chicken.

3. Cover and cook on low heat for 5 hours.

4. Switch heat to high and remove lid; cook for 1 additional hour.
