Preparation / Directions:
Grease and flour inside of Bread N' Cake Bake Pan. Cream butter with an electric mixer. Blend in sugar. Add eggs and Mashed bananas. Beat until smooth. In a small bowl, combine the flours, wheat germ, baking soda, and salt. Add to the creamed mixture. Pour into the prepared Bread N' Bake Pan. Place lid on pan. Put Bread N' Cake Bake Pan in Crock-Pot. Cover Crock-Pot. Cook on High for 3 to 4 hours. Check after 3 hours for doneness. Bread is done when it is pulling away from sides of Bread N' Cake Bake Pan.
When bread is done remove Bread N' Cake Bake Pan from Crock-Pot. Let bread cool then invert bread on plate and the invert bread again for serving.
