Potato Leek Chicken

Ingredients:


5 medium potatoes -- sliced

1 medium leek -- sliced

10 medium chicken thighs

1 package leek dry soup mix

1 cup water
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine potatoes and leek. Place on bottom of slow cooker. Arrange chicken over potatoes. In small bowl, combine leek soup mix and water. Whisk until well mixed. Pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low 5 to 6 hours or until chicken is tender.
