10 ounces Ortega chopped green chiles
2 pounds beef chuck roast
1 cup chopped onion
16 ounces tomato sauce
1 packages flour tortillas
1 can refried beans
1 Cup sour cream
1 packages grated cheddar cheese

Preparation / Directions:

Night before begin cooking chuck roast, chiles, onion and tomato sauce in crock pot (cook all night). In morning, remove the bones. Add meat back to crockpot. Cook on low heat the rest of day. Add mixture to flour tortillas. Also add refried beans, sour cream, grated cheese with meat. Wrap in foil and bake 350° F for 10 minutes.
