Crock Pot Bean Soup

Ingredients:

1 pound dry navy beans -- (soak overnight)
2 quarts water
1 pound ham and bones
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup chopped celery leaves
1 medium onion -- chopped
1 piece bay leaf -- (optional)
 

Preparation / Directions:

Put all ingredients in pot. Cook on low 10 to 12 hours.
