Bean-Sausage Casserole

Ingredients:


5 pound kidney beans -- drain

10 strips bacon -- diced

3 pounds kielbasa -- sliced

1 1/2 cups onions -- chopped

3 pieces chicken bouillon -- crush

1/4 teaspoon pepper

2 cups dry red wine

1 bunch parsley -- chopped
 

Preparation / Directions:


Fry bacon bits until crisp; discard fat. Combine all ingredients, except parsley, in removable liner. Place liner in base. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours, high 5 hours or auto 6 hours. Garnish with parsley.
