Ingredients:

1 tablespoon olive oil or vegetable oil
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon basil
1/4 cup thin sliced pepperoni
3/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
 

Preparation / Directions:

brush crepes with oil; spread with tomato sauce; sprinkle with herbs; top with pepperoni and cheese; broil open-face until bubbly
