Honey-Pear-Butter Crepes 2

Ingredients:

1 package sweet buckwheat crepes
---HONEY-PEAR BUTTER
1 cup very ripe pear -- peeled, cored and cubed
1 cup butter -- softened
1/4 cup honey
 

Preparation / Directions:

Spread about 1-1/2 tablespoons Honey-Pear Butter evenly over surface of hot crepes; fold crepes in quarters and serve immediately. Makes 8 filled crepes. Honey-Pear Butter: Place pear in a food processor or blender and blend until pureed. Add butter and honey and process until completely smooth. Makes about 2-1/4 cups.
