new orleans crawfish bread

2 packages frozen bread dough
1 bunch green onions
2 packages crawfish tails
2 cup pepperjack cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cup parmesean cheese
1 bottle food colors

Preparation / Directions:

Prepare dough as directed on package. Saute chopped green onions in butter until soft. Add soup mix stir until melted, add cheese stir until melted. Take off of heat and add crawfish. Mix well and set aside until cool. Roll out dough into a rectangle place filling on dough and roll jelly roll fashion place in a ring mold and bake until golden and the bread sounds hollow when tapped. Let cool. Divide the parmesean cheese in three cups add desired color to cheese and mix well. Place colored cheese on dough. Note: I make this for Mardi Gras and dye the cheese purple green and gold you can make this for any holiday like Christmas, Halloween, etc.
