2 1/4 cups water
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons butter
10 ounces couscous

Preparation / Directions:

combine chicken stock or water, salt, and butter in a saucepan, over a moderate flame bring to a boil and stir in couscous remove from heat, cover, and let stand for 5 minutes fluff with a fork serve hot or warm
