| Fast,easy recipe...tastes like the regular peanut butter cookies. |

Ingredients:
1 cup Peanut Butter (crunchy or smooth) |
1 cup granulated sugar |
1 large egg |

Preparation / Directions:
Heat oven to 325 degrees.
Mix Peanut Butter,Sugar and Egg in a medium size bowl and mix, with a spoon until blended.
Shape the mixture into teaspoon sized balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet about 2inches apart.
Press the tops of each cookie ball with a cookie press or a fork in a criss-cross pattern.
Bake for 8-10 minutes..cool slightly and remove to cooling racks..then ENJOY!!
Makes about 24-30 cookies.
