Girl Scout Peanut Butter Patties |

Ingredients:
1 package Ritz crackers - preferrably regular |
12 bars Kroger brand chocolate flavored bark coating (24 oz.) - microwaveable |
1 jar peanut butter |
1 piece Waxed paper - a must |

Preparation / Directions:
Spread peanut butter (a little or a lot) between two Ritz crackers. Make about 40.
Break up chocolate bars into microwaveable bowl. Microwave according to directions or 1 minute. Stir. Microwave at intervals until chocolate is melted. Drop a cookie mixture into melted chocolate. Use a wooden utensil such as popsicle sticks to turn to cover cookie completely. Remove cookie with sticks holding the cookie at the edges and let excess chocolate drip off. Place on waxed paper. Will harden in minutes. Cover any bare spots with extra chocolate. When chocolate starts to harden in bowl, microwave until melted. Will be necessary to scrape hardened chocolate from sides of bowl and utensils used. Can be frozen. To clean bowl and utensils: cover with water and microwave about a minute. Clean immediately
