Sweet Unrezistable Cookies


1/2 Cup Butter
5/8 Cup Brown Sugar
1 large Egg White
1 3/4 Cups Flour
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Ground Ginger

Preparation / Directions:

1.Beat the sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add the egg white and beat well. 2.Sift in flour, ginger, and baking soda. Mix well with a spoon to form a dough. 3.Sprinkle some flour onto your work surface, and roll out the dough carefully unt il it's about 1/4 inch thick. 4.Use cookie cutters to cut out shapes. Put them on a greased cookie sheet, and bake in the oven for ten minutes. (350 F) 5.Try decorating the cookies with confectioner's sugar mixed with a little water and food colorin
