1/2 cup butter
1 cup boiling water
1 cup regular flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 large eggs

Preparation / Directions:

preheat oven to 350 degrees melt butter in water. add the flour and salt together and stir fast.cook and keep stirring, until the mixture forms a ball that does not separate. remove from heat and cool slightly add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition, until the mixture is smooth. drop from a tsp 1 inch apart onto a greased cooking pan. Bake for 15 mins, then reduce heat to 325 degrees for 25 more minutes remove from rack, when they are completely cool, cut the tops off and fill each puff, with desired filling this will make about 3 dozen puffs
