Over Night Cookies

Ingredients:

3 cup brown sugar
3/4 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup white sugar
4 large eggs
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup shortening
1 tablespoon cream of tartar
 

Preparation / Directions:

Combine brown sugar, eggs and shortening. Combine with the rest of the ingredients. Roll into a cookie size roll. Leave in the refrigerator over night. Cut into thin cookies. Bake ay 350 degrees until done.
