Irresistable Peanut Butter Cookies

3/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup butter crisco
1 1/4 cups brown sugar
3 tablespoons liquid vanilla coffee creamer -- (vanilla)
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 large egg
1 3/4 cups flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon baking soda

Preparation / Directions:

Combine peanut butter, crisco, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl. Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended. Add egg. Beat just until blended. Combine flour, salt and baking soda. Add to creamed mixture. Beat at low speed until just mixed. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on baking sheet. Bake for 7-8 minutes. *this is my own variation of the peanut butter cookie recipe off of the butter crisco can
