Preparation / Directions:Cream shortening and sugar, add molasses and egg, beat well. Add sifted dry
ingredients. Mix well. Roll dough into small balls, dip in sugar and place 2
inches apart on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes.
