Cheap, Easy Scottish Shortbread

Ingredients:

1 cup margarine or butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 1/2 cups sifted flour
 

Preparation / Directions:

Cream the margarine with sugar. Add flour. Chill. Pat into two 7 inch circles and mark 17 wedges in each. Bake at 300 for 30 minutes.
