Almond Cookies

Ingredients:

1/2 cup toasted almonds
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon almond extract
 

Preparation / Directions:

Preheat oven to 375. Place almonds in food processor. Grind fine. Add butter and sugar. Pulse until blended. Add flour, milk, zest and extract. Process together well. Drop by teaspoonfuls on buttered baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees until crispy and golden brown. Approximately 6-8 minutes.
