Mustard Mayonnaise

Ingredients:


1 pint olive oil

1 large egg yolk

1 teaspoon mustard powder
 

Preparation / Directions:


Beat egg yolk. Add the mustard powder. Beat well. Add one drop olive oil. Beat well. Keep adding oil one drop at a time until you reach the right consistency.
