Ingredients:


1 teaspoon diced jalapeno chiles

2 teaspoons white vinegar

1 large egg

2 teaspoons onion

1 teaspoon sugar

3/4 teaspoon kosher salt

1 cup corn oil
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine chiles, vinegar, egg, onions, sugar, and salt in a food processor process to a fine puree with machine running, add oil in a thin-steady stream process until thickened cover and chill for 2-4 days serve slightly chilled
