New England Oyster House Cole Slaw Dressing

Ingredients:


2 cups mayonnaise

1/2 cup sugar

2 tablespoons white vinegar

2 tablespoons prepared horseradish

1/2 teaspoon celery seed

1 package shredded cabbage
 

Preparation / Directions:


Blend ingredients thoroughly and chill. Makes about 2 1/2 cups. Use 1 cup of dressing for each 8 ounces of shredded cabbage, about 1/2 a small head or 2 cups. This may be refrigerated for up to a month.
