Nutty Cabbage Slaw

1/2 Cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
4 Cups coarsely shredded cabbage
1 Cup salted Spanish peanuts -- chopped
1 cup Cabbage leavees (optional)

Preparation / Directions:

Combine mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar; mix well. Chill 2 hours. Combine cabbage and peanuts; add dressing mixture, and toss gently. Serve on cabbage leaves, if desired.
