Jicama Cabbage Slaw

1/4 medium red cabbage
1/4 medium green cabbage
1 medium red bell pepper
1/2 medium jicama
2 tablespoons dill
1 tablespoons dill seed
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt and black pepper

Preparation / Directions:

In large bowl mix together red and green cabbage, bell pepper, jicama and fresh dill. Add dill seed, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Toss together well. Chill until ready to serve. Approximately 5-8 minutes.
